April 1 - Sept. 30: 2006 $300.00 per night

Peak Rate: June 20 - July 10: 2006 $350.00 per night
$1300.00 per week
March 1 - March 25:2006 $350.00 per night
$1300.00 per week

Oct 1 - March 31: 2006/7 $250.00 per night
$700.00 per week
$1900.00 per month

Long term Rental, 5 Months or more: $1750.00/month Includes ALL
utilities taxes and fees.
